WHAT IS FAIR HAVEN FARM IMPORTED FRENCH and ITALIAN FLOUR?

Have you ever tried French or Italian flour?  The protein in these wheat grains is closer to ancient wheat.  The wheat is not genetically modified, never sprayed with Roundup or glyphosates, and not bromated. Many who cannot tolerate American-grown wheat can tolerate this flour, especially when fermented or prepared using a sourdough starter.

I just wanted to pass along that there are three guys in my family who have to eat Gluten Free. We kind of “gambled” on getting the French flour, hoping they would be able to have it. My husband (the most sensitive one) went in to our naturopath last week and tested that flour and it came up as a “0” on their scale of 0-10 for food stressors.
